These photos were captured in Febuary of 2008 and June of 2009, most in Zurich and surounding areas in Switzerland. The best graffiti was on the legal wall on the riverside in Zurich. Artists are able to display the work without fear of prosecution. Work does not last long, as no one owns the space and even the best pieces are covered up. In 2008 I had my first exposure to the graffiti wall termed the "Zurich Letten Wall of Fame". I start at the trainstation and walk the several mile long walk to the Zurichhorn Lake.
The thrill of tagging still drives artists to put their work throughout the city. When you take the train through switzerland, nearly every stop features some of the best graffiti in the world.
